What is BCON's Purpose?:
The purpose of BCON is to create a powerful citizen’s organization in Baltimore County capable of:

• Negotiating with the government and private sectors,
• Holding those sectors accountable, and being able to cooperate with those sectors on strategies and,
• Initiatives that benefit the residents of the county and region.
