Executive Leadership Team
A team of volunteers, clergy and laity, who will perform administrative duties on behalf of BCSC/BCON. Administrative areas would finances, accounting, personnel, and major issues that affect BCSC and staffing-paid and volunteers. The team meets bi-monthly for 90 minutes.
Countywide Leadership
A body of volunteers, clergy and laity, who will provide approval for Executive team decisions, i.e. BCSC/BCON budget, amendments to Articles of Incorporations, by-laws, Countywide and sector organizing campaigns. This body would provide support to the sector and local (House of Worship) leadership teams. The team meets every 3 months for 90 minutes.
Sector Leadership Team
A team of leaders from the different Houses of Worship with each sector. There are 5 sectors-SW, NW, North, Northeast, Southeast. The sector teams will be committed to identifying sector mutual interests and developing collaborative strategies, plans and initiatives that will improve the quality of life and increase the vitality of the mediating institutions in the sector and county in general. Each sector will select sector convener(s) for their sector. The sector convener will work with the BCSC/BCON organizer in providing meeting agendas, coordinate issue research actions and be a contact person for their sector. The team will meet at least twice a year or as needed.
Senior Leadership Team
A team of clergy and laity who have the desire to assist in the education and training other leaders and potential leaders. This person needs to attend IAF 10 day and 3-day training with one year of volunteering.
Local Core Team
A team of leaders and or potential leaders, laity driven, who will be in courage to meet as a team every 4-6 weeks for 90 minutes.
Local Action Team
A mobilize team of leaders and members from the House of Worship. This team will represent the local House of Worship with the local core team at sector and countywide delegate’s assemblies.
